An elephant, they have been always used for transportation and milling. However this one is being used to get some money, mahavat riding this elephant goes to streets and collect money or food people gives. Elephants are valued from history and also considered holy.

They are endangered, people kill them for their tusks. Any animal lover can protest to use of this beautiful animal like this but there are no any rules!! (or not followed)
