Very nice and old temple located in old city, all area and main Amdavad bus stand is known as Gita Mandir due to this temple. Many free organizations and trusts run medical and other services at this temple to help people.

Huge Jain Temple near Sabarmati Market
Its still under construction, a huge structure. Jain temples are always great to see, well carved stones and peaceful place. This one is located near Sabarmati Market.

નુતન વર્ષાભિનંદન અને સાલ મુબારક!!
બેસતા-વર્ષ ના દિવસે સવારે મંદિરે જઈને ભગવાન ની પૂજા કરી નવા વર્ષ ની શરૂઆત કરવા ના આગ્રહી ભક્તો થી બધા મંદિરો માં આવું દ્રશ્ય જોવા મળે એ સ્વાભાવિક છે.

હઠીસિંહ ના દેરા
દિલ્હી દરવાજા વિસ્તારમાં આવેલા હઠીસીંગના દેરાં જૈન ધર્મના શ્રદ્ધા સ્થળ તરીકે દૂર દૂર સુધી વખણાય અને પૂજાય છે. ઈ.સ.૧૮પ૦માં એક જૈન વેપારી દ્રારા તેનું નિર્માણ કરાવવામાં આવ્યું હતુ. શ્રી ધરમનાથને સમર્પિત હઠીસીંગના દેરાનું નિર્માણ શુદ્ધ આરસ માંથી કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. જેને જોઈને કોઈને પણ એવો વિચાર આવ્યા વિના ન રહે કે આશરે દોઢ સદી પહેલા આટલા વિશાળ બાંધકામ માટે આટલો બધો આરસ ક્યાંથી અને કેવી રીતે લાવવામાં આવ્યો હશે.
