The three-day-long annual Gujarat Institute of Housing and Estate Developers’ (GIHED) property show may become biggest ever real-estate event in the history of the city. Sources say over 300 projects ranging from residential, commercial and farmhouses in and around Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar worth more than Rs 22,000 crore will be displayed at Gujarat University Convention Centre.
